Wisconsin Vegetation Standards Training

Establishing permanent vegetation benefits our soil, water, and wildlife resources. This course will review the main conservation practices that require the establishment of permanent vegetation. We will discuss species characteristics and other information needed to develop appropriate seed mixes. We will review information found on seed tags and how to calculate pure live seed and demonstrate the custom and standard seed mix calculators.
