Want Freshwater? Then Stop Oversalting

June 23, 2021 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Join Wisconsin Land+Water on June 23 from 9:00-10:00 a.m. to learn how salt ends up in our freshwater. Chloride concentrations are on the rise in both surface and groundwater. In response, several communities across the state are taking steps to become Salt Wise Champions and are cutting their salt use by 50%+. Our drinking water and freshwater ecosystems depend on the widespread adoption of these best management practices.

Register by Monday, June 21, at https://conta.cc/3h7oxCA
