This professional development, training, and networking event is open to all conservation professionals across Wisconsin. This event is focused on making vital in-person connections with key conservation staff in the area, while learning conservation skills by working through scenarios and group exercises. This is a great opportunity for newer staff, but is also designed to be beneficial for experienced staff who may be looking to strengthen connections and meet new staff in the area.
If you have difficulty accessing the registration website, please email kelli@wisconsinlandwater.org to register for the event.
By the end of this training, attendees will be able to:
- Identify important contacts and resources
- Solve or propose solutions to conservation problems by leveraging partnerships
- Assess how they and their community partners contribute to the conservation landscape
The training will feature:

- a “World Cafe” of conservation programs and partnerships across the state : time for networking with valuable conservation partners
