Columbia County meet-up at Conservation Day by the Lake
June 19 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Join other Columbia County Farmers Union members at the Conservation Day by the Lake event to learn about the conservation initiatives going on in your area. A day of learning at Schoepp Farms! Featuring keynote speaker Rick Clark, a fifth generation farmer using no-till and cover crops on his 7000 acre farm in Warren Co. Indiana.
This field day will cover everything from getting more out of your cover crops with grazing, manure management with low disturbance manure injectors, reducing inputs by planting green, and improving the profitability of your farm while protecting water and improving soil health.
