ACPF Training
March 20, 2023 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Participants will learn to use ACPF outputs in watershed planning and implementation over three days. The times of the course include:
Monday, March 20th from 10AM – 12PM CT
Wednesday, March 22nd from 10AM – 11AM CT
Friday, March 24th from 10AM – 12PM CT
In addition to the virtual sessions, attendees will be expected to complete a number of assignments on their own to ensure we can use the training time most effectively. The course will discuss assumptions behind the ACPF results, case studies and examples of ACPF in action, approaches to integrating ACPF with other watershed planning tools, and effectively presenting and using ACPF results with other staff and stakeholders. Participants will not run the ACPF in ArcGIS. While this training is open to all, it will focus on ACPF use in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa (upper Missouri and upper Mississippi Basins).
