DESCRIPTION:The Iowa Watershed Approach for Urban and Rural Resilience (IWA) is working in nine watersheds across the state to help reduce flood impacts\, improve water quality\, and increase community flood resilience. The program represents a vision for Iowa’s future that voluntarily engages urban and rural stakeholders throughout the watershed to work together to achieve common goals.
