SUMMARY:Wisconsin's Clean Energy Plan: Opportunities for WGF Impact
DESCRIPTION:On April 20\, 2022\, Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers released the state’s first clean energy plan\, or CEP\, putting Wisconsin on the path to 100 percent carbon-free electricity by 2050. The plan prioritizes the core values of justice\, equity\, and collective action\, and emphasizes four key pathways for creating momentum towards achieving a clean energy economy: accelerate clean energy technology deployment\, maximize energy efficiency\, modernize buildings and industry\, and innovate transportation.
