DESCRIPTION:WeCOPE- Connecting with Our Positive Emotions\, is an interactive program for adults that uses everyday activities and intentional practice to build positive emotions and increase capacity to manage stress. \nThis 7-week long program\, supports sessions meeting once a week for 60 minutes. Each session encourages practicing skills such as mindfulness\, savoring\, positive reappraisal\, gratitude\, and goal setting.
